The Gamsy is a unique blend of Gamay grown in the Ardèche on granite soils, and Syrah grown in alluvial soils in the Drôme. The hand-harvested grapes are de-stemmed, and undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration to concentrate fruit aromas. The resulting wine is filled with red fruit aromatics, with a long, refreshing finish.

Hélène manages the viticulture, and Jean-Pierre the winemaking. Their small, restored, 18th Century winery is only 300 meters from the Rhône river.
