About this wine producer: Arturo Stocchetti is a colorful personality in Soave where his Cantina del Castello ranks among the top producers. All of his vineyards are situated on the hillsides surrounding the tiny village from which the region takes its name. Arturo concentrates on two varieties of grapes; Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, a local clone. In these steep hills, the Garganega produces wines that are texturaly rich, while the Trebbiano adds bright acidity and vibrancy to his wines.
