Silvano, Secondo, and Giovanni Pasquero-Elia
Wine has been grown on this old family estate in Neive since 1796, and serious commercial activity began in 1965, when Secondo Pasquero-Elia, father of Giovanni and Silvano, built a new winery and cellar, and began renovating the vineyards and acquiring new parcels. For at least three decades, Paitin has been counted among the very best producers of Barbaresco.
